EasyResearch weekly dividends update

The year is about to come to an end, and with the holidays and half-days approaching next week, we've also added several companies whose last date to trade will be next week.

The Australian market list consists of companies that pay dividends twice a year. Companies that pay quarterly dividends include:

• Region Group: A diversified property group owning and managing retail properties.
• Charter Hall Social Infra REIT: Invests in social infrastructure, including schools, hospitals, and aged care facilities.
• Charter Hall Long Wale REIT: Invests in long-term lease assets, covering office and industrial spaces.
• Centuria Industrial REIT: Invests in Australian industrial properties.
• Rural Funds Group: Invests in Australian farmland and agricultural infrastructure.
• Waypoint REIT: Invests in fuel and convenience retail properties.

Kelly Partners Group Holdings Ltd, an Australian accounting firm, pays dividends monthly.

The majority of those from the US in this update pay dividends quarterly (four times a year). The companies that pay dividends monthly in this list are:

• Main Street Capital: Provides debt and equity to mid-market companies.
• Stag Industrial: Invests in U.S. industrial properties, including warehouses and distribution centers.
• Realty Income: Invests in U.S. retail properties, focusing on grocery stores, drugstores, and convenience stores.

When it comes to the local market, the only company in this update that pays quarterly dividends is British American Tobacco, and the rest pay twice a year.
