EasyResearch weekly dividends update

This week is another big earnings week, with prominent names like Coca-Cola, Alphabet, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, and ExxonMobil set to release their earnings results.

In terms of companies prepping to pay dividends with upcoming last dates to trade, there are at least two real estate investment trusts (REITs) with an annual dividend yield between 8% and 14% as of writing: AGNC Investment Corp and EPR Properties Corp. AGNC pays dividends monthly, while EPR pays quarterly.

Antero Midstream Corp, Kinder Morgan Inc, and Enterprise Products Partners are some of the energy stocks in the latest update, with an annual dividend yield between 6% and 7%, and they pay dividends quarterly.

Additionally, more exchange-traded funds (ETFs) from FNB declared dividends with upcoming last dates to trade. It's also worth noting that some name changes are coming this week to Coreshares ETFs.
