Weekly dividends Update
Happy New Year EasyVSTRs! It's 2023 and the list of dividend paying companies continues. Last year a total of R859 million was paid to dividend investors, from the South African market.
In this week's update there are 16 American companies that declared dividends with upcoming last trading dates (LTD). The list includes Main Street Capital Corp, one of the companies that has been giving dividends monthly. Its dividend yield stands at 7.9%, with a total payout for 2022 at $2.94 per share. Other brands that you might also be familiar with include JPMorgan Chase & Co, American Express Company and Mastercard Inc.
In South Africa three companies expected to go LTD this week. This includes companies like The Foschini Group Limited that’s paying R1.70 per share and Barloworld Limited with a special divided of R5.50.
