EasyResearch weekly dividends update

In this week's update, there are 26 companies with upcoming last dates to trade: 11 from South Africa, eight from the US, five from the United Kingdom, and two from Australia.

Following the gradual recovery during the first quarter of 2023 (Q1 FY23), Weibo Corp., a Chinese social media giant listed on Nasdaq, declared a special dividend. It's also worth noting that STMicroelectronics NV declared a dividend that will be paid in four instalments.

In the Australian market, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corp. declared a dividend in New Zealand dollars, consisting of both ordinary and supplementary dividends. A supplementary dividend is declared in addition to the regular or ordinary dividend. Locally, SAB Zenzele Kabili also declared a special dividend.

Also featured in this week's update is Oceana Group Limited, which increased its dividend payout by 136%.

For property investors, this is the last week to participate in the latest EasyProperties IPO: BlackBrick Gardens. This property offers 24 months of guaranteed rent. That means investors get a share of rent received, after expenses, in the form of quarterly dividends in proportion to how many shares you own.
