This week, 53 companies have upcoming last dates to trade: 24 are from America and Australia, three are from South Africa, and two from the United Kingdom.
Australian REITs make up most of the Australian list. These have paid dividends more than once a year in the past, with some paying quarterly (HomeCo Daily Needs REIT, Arena REIT, Rural Funds Group, and Centuria Industrial REIT).
The US market also has several REITs with upcoming last dates to trade. Companies like EPR Properties, Realty Income Corp, AGNC Investment Corp, and Stag Industrial Inc have a history of paying dividends monthly.
Locally, Vukile Property Fund Limited is included in this update. EasyProperties pays quarterly dividends from rental income, and recently they listed a new IPO, Akaru Bryanston, a development which is expected to complete construction in Q3 2023.
Other big names include Mondelez International Inc., Clicks Group Limited, and Comcast Corp (owner of Universal Studios, NBC, DreamWorks Animation, and Sky).
