EasyResearch weekly dividends update

For April, more exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have declared dividends. These include ETFs that automatically reinvest the net payout for investors.

This week, 32 companies have declared dividends with upcoming last trading dates: 18 from America, seven from Europe, five from the United Kingdom, and two from South Africa.

For property investors, real estate investment trusts (REITs) featured in this update that have been paying dividends monthly (up to 70% of their earnings as dividends) include Reality Income Corp, Stag Industrial Inc, and EPR Properties. AGNC Investment Corp has been paying 90% of its earnings as dividends - these are all American companies. Alternatively, EasyProperties pays investors 100% of its profits from rental income as dividends; here's an update on their quarterly dividends.
