More companies are gearing up to pay dividends, with the last trading date within the week!
Realty Income Corp, Stag Industrial Inc, AGNC Investment Corp, and EPR Properties are among the companies that pay monthly dividends.
Gladstone Investment Corp pays dividends monthly and in November 2023, it paid twice (a special dividend and an ordinary dividend). It will do the same in December.
Looking at companies with growing dividends:
Companies that increased their quarterly payout include McDonald’s Corp, which grew by 10%, and Nike Inc by 9%.
In other corporate actions, on the JSE, African Rainbow Capital Investment (parent of entities like Rain Holdings and Tyme) will undergo a non-renounceable rights offer.
