EasyResearch weekly dividends update

This week, 25 companies have upcoming last dates to trade: eight American, seven from the United Kingdom, six from Australia, and two from South Africa and Europe.

EasyProperties will also be paying dividends this week to those who have invested in any of the 18 out of the 29 properties that have listed to date on 25 May 2023.

These dividends get paid out quarterly and are a result of rental income generated. Read more on how EasyProperties dividends work here:

The property which is currently open to invest in, BlackBrick Gardens, comes with a 12-month rental guarantee.

In the collective investment space, exchange-traded funds from Satrix and FNB have declared dividends. 

South Africa 

Redefine Properties Limited will be paying R0.20 per share.

Puma SE will be paying €0.82 per share.

Elders Ltd will be paying AU$0.23 per share.
